There have been many online surveys to find out the average penis size. The largest online survey used data from over seven hundred thousand men from around the world. This survey completed in 2010 concluded that the average length of a mans penis was 6.91 inches with an average girth of 5.2 inches.
This result was fairly consistant with other smaller polls conducted online and in the press over the last few years.

You say, well yes however our survey will be slightly different, we will be surveying the average length and girth of the penis, we will then be following the progress of the 25 men over a period of 8 weeks while the men use the size genetics system.
